New to Muay Thai? This is the best place to start!

Fundamentals Muay Thai is geared towards newcomers to Muay Thai. You will learn the fundamentals in an evolving curriculum. Each week we will focus on and practice a specific technique.

Class Structure:
-Skipping
-Stretch/Mobility
-Strength and Conditioning
-Technique Breakdown
-Pads, Bags or Partner Drills

The workout will be tough! Modifications will be given for exercises and students are only expected to do what they can.

Bag Smash Classes are a one hour bag smash class for all levels.
Modifications will be made for all exercises to suit each individual.
The intensity of these classes is up to the student, work at your own pace.

Class Structure:
-Warm Up (movement/skipping)
-Mobility Stretches
-Workout (generally circuits)
-Technique Breakdown (learn about the technique we will be using that day)
-Bag Smash (various bag drills)

One hour of power for our lunchtime heroes! Get your workout in and let out some steam on the bags!

Open mat is open practice.
All members are allowed to use the gym equipment and practice what they have been learning in classes.
Instructors will be present to assist students.

Mixed levels Muay Thai is for students that have some experience in Muay Thai. Technical levels will be shown for both more advanced students and more beginner students so that you can choose the level you are comfortable with. The workout and the pad/drill session will be longer and more difficult than beginner classes.
The class has the same structure as the beginner class, but will be geared more towards intermediate students.

Intermediate classes are for students who are comfortable with all of the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Fundamental technique will not be taught in the intermediate classes. Intermediate classes will have the most difficult strength and conditioning sessions. We will cover more advanced techniques with an emphasis on how these techniques can be used in competition.

Class structure is generally the same as the fundamentals class, but work outs and the pad and drill sessions will be more difficult and require more Muay Thai experience.

Sparring is for advanced level students only!
Permission is required to participate in sparring.
Full sparring gear is required to spar, including: 16oz gloves, padded shin guards, mouth guard and groin protection.

-Must be attending more than one class a week
-No trials allowed

Advanced Training is for competition level students only!
The class will consist of strength & conditioning, padwork, clinch, sparring, core work and stretching.
